We are a family-based local business based in North Wales, PA(right outside Philly). We Buy Philly House was born based on a genuine desire to help and to save for our kid’s college fund.

Nick – Founder

Nick came to America more than a decade ago to find his own American dream and immediately fell in love with cultural and social diversity. He has been working with real estate for more than 5 years. He also has a master’s degree in Computer Science, average gaming nerd, and won’t stop talking about game of thrones. He also goes by Neerav.

Rinal – Co-founder

Rinal came to America more than 15 years ago. She is passionate about helping people and knew that she can do that via working in healthcare. She immediately got her nursing license. She has worked with special needs kids and dementia patients as a Nurse. She also volunteers for the Parks department in North Wales.

Om – Trainee, North Lake Investing

Om is the newest member of the team. Some might argue that he might not be able to close the whole deal, we would say yes, he is under training right now. Currently, he is under training on how to ride a bike. Om loves anything related to water and spends his spare time at the park and watching cocomelon.
